Disease

Disease comes to us all
From time to time.
Yes, but why? Why!

Disease is how our bodies show us
That we have lost our way.

When disease appears, go back.
Go back to the beginning.
Find out where we have failed to
Follow the fundamentals.

Ah, but what of injury?
When injury appears, go back.
Go back to the beginning.
Find out where we have failed to
Follow the fundamentals.

Oh, but what of degeneration?
And of proliferations, of <gasp> cancer!
When these conditions appear, go back.
Go back to the beginning.
Find out where we have failed to
Follow the fundamentals.

Disease is how life shows us
That we have lost our way.

The good news is that it also shows us
The way back.

Movement

Movement is a characteristic of life.
Life moves.

Living things are always moving
In some way.
Some movements are huge,
Some are miniscule,
But living things are always moving.

To stop moving is to stagnate.
Stagnation is a prelude
To death.

So, to be fully alive, move!
Move every part.
Healthy and diseased.
Body. Mind. Emotions. All of us.
